Fulham's Baird in talks with West Brom

Cottagers Confidential — Chris Baird is in discussion with West Bromwich Albion over a possible deadline day move to the Baggies, according to the Fulham Chronicle. The midfielder-cum-defender has been in and out of the first team this season and, with his contract ending at the close of the season, Martin Jol is happy to cash in on the player now.
