Manchester City have have confirmed that the 24-year-old remains in hospital but is likely to be discharged at the weekend. He will return for a check-up in about a month, a club representative indicated. Sinclair was taken to hospital after feeling unwell last Friday and news of his condition emerged following Saturday's game at Swansea.
