Moreland Travis Go Yard In 9-6 Win Over Northeastern

Moreland Travis Go Yard In 9-6 Win Over Northeastern

(Boston Herald Photo)In the first game action of 2017, Mitch Moreland and Sam Travis each clouted three-run HRs to pace Boston to a 9-6 win over Northeastern University. Farrell: Hanley To Get All DH At-Bats Against Righties

Red Sox manager John Farrell said today that Hanley Ramirez will get all the team's Designated Hitter at-bats against right-handed pitching. This will likely mean that Hanley would switch to first base against lefties (displacing Mitch Moreland)—giving Chris Young at-bats in the DH spot.
