Red Sox Ink One-Year Contracts With Seven Players

In addition to a high-profile, one-year deal with Jackie Bradley, Jr., the Red Sox also came to terms with six other players today. The following players signed deals and avoided salary arbitration with the team: Brock Holt, Xander Bogaerts, Sandy Leon, Joe Kelly, Robbie Ross Jr., and Tyler Thornburg. With today's signings, only two Red Sox players (Fernando Abad and Drew Pomeranz) remain unsigned—and thus still eligible for salary arbitration.
