John Buck's power swing disappears

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Mets catcher John Buck singled twice and scored once in four at-bats Sunday against the Cubs. It was his third multi-hit game in his last seven appearances. Buck is batting .205 (8 for 39) with two doubles and no RBI in 10 June games (nine starts). In fact, he hasn't homered in 16 games and has homered twice in his last 34 games after homering nine times in 23 April games.

Travis d'Arnaud unlikely to be up before All-Star break

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Mets catching prospect Travis d'Arnaud will be re-evaluated in two weeks to determine whether he can begin baseball activities.  d'Arnaud will have to rehab before joining Triple-A Las Vegas. There's been talk about people within the organization that d'Arnaud won't be up until after the All-Star break, even if he's ready, according to MetsBlog.com.  With d'Arnaud expected out, John Buck has a good chance to stick with the team for the entire season. He was thought to be a prime trade candidate earlier in the year.
