Jonathan Pettibone expected to start Monday

CBSSports.com Fantasy — The Phillies are expected to recall Jonathan Pettibon e from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to start Monday against the Pirates, MLB.com reports. The 22-year-old went 0-1 with a 9.64 ERA in two starts at Triple-A. Pettibone could be sent down after his major-league debut Monday, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. Adam Morgan is viewed as a possible long-term replacement for John Lannan in the rotation.
