After his Los Angeles Dodgers were eliminated last night from the playoffs, Josh Beckett announced his retirement from baseball. The 34-year old has two World Series rings—in 2003 with the Marlins and in 2007 with the Red Sox. Earlier this year, he pitched a no-hitter against the Philadelphia Phillies. Beckett finishes his career with a 138-106 mark and a 3.88 ERA.
