Justin Miller transferred to 60-day DL

CBSSports.com Fantasy — The Rangers have recalled pitcher Justin Miller, and transferred him to the 60-day disabled list. Miller had Tommy John surgery in April 2012 and has not appeared in a game since 2011. The 35-year-old has pitched 375 2/3 career innings, with a 4.82 ERA and a 4.85 FIP.
