A’s Matt Olson hits walk-off single, ends 14-inning marathon

Fewer people in the stands but plenty of action on the field. The A’s returned to normalcy on Wednesday by charging admission and drawing 13,321 fans, and they beat the White Sox 12-11 in 14 innings a day after 46,028 took advantage of free tickets as part of a 50-year reunion celebration.
