Sean Marshall could be activated Friday

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Reds manager Dusty Baker said Thursday that relief pitcher Sean Marshall could be activated from the disabled list Friday, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Marshall, who is recovering from shoulder tendinitis, threw a scoreless inning Wednesday at Triple-A. Marshall has pitched one scoreless inning for the Reds this season.

Marshall has been dealing with shoulder tendinitis this year, and has been on the disabled list since early April. As long as Marshall feels good after his Monday appearance, he should re-join the major-league club Tuesday.
