Brewers starter Kyle Lohse was in complete command from the very start. He tossed a two-hitter — both coming on singles byJack Hanahan— allowing no walks and striking out six in a 106-pitch masterpiece.

Yovani Gallardo's 11-strikeout game Friday night against Pittsburgh was the 18th double-digit whiff game of his career but his first since July 15, 2012 against the Pirates (career-high 14). He made 75 starts in the interim.
