Will the Wizards miss Al Harrington and Trevor Ariza's leadership?

That's the argument Harrington made in his first interview since signing in China. Is there something to his remarks? It's complicated. Maybe I'm narrative-hunting here, but there was something interesting about Al Harrington's words to CSN Washington's J Michael last night. Al Harrington to play in China for the 2014-15 season, according to report

One of the members of the AARP unit reportedly won't be in D.C. to start the season, but that doesn't mean that he won't be here at some point in the near future. Al Harrington has been deciding between continuing to play or to start a coaching career. After all, he was an assistant coach for the Wizards' Summer League team that made the semifinals. He has decided to choose the former and play in the Chinese Basketball Association, at least for now.
