They finally did an MRI. For almost two weeks, Carmelo Anthony played with soreness in his right shoulder and occasional "dead arm" feelings. He and the Knicks opted against doing MRI because Melo insisted he wouldn't sit no matter what the MRI showed. He continued to play big minutes, wincing all the while. Here are a few things to keep an eye on tonight during the Knicks-Nets game: Will Melo play? The Knicks say Carmelo Anthony is questionable for their last game with the Nets due to a right shoulder injury. Mike Woodson sees no reason why Anthony should play. Anthony sat out of the team's shoot around on Tuesday and is unlikely to play tonight. The Knicks say he will undergo further testing. It is unclear if that testing will include an MRI.
