  • Isola: Carmelo Anthony has a partially torn labrum in his shoulder
    Well, I was just about to settle in for Heat-Pacers with this pile of cookies, but we have a bit of news. Carmelo Anthony spent much of the postseason playing through a shoulder injury aggravated when Kevin Garnett decided Melo's arm should no longer reside in its armhole.   • Final Score: Knicks 85, Pacers 75
    Hey, all you have to do is score more points. An ugly crucial playoff win is still a crucial playoff win. No Knick really shown offensively, but Carmelo Anthony and Raymond Felton each had some solid stretches to make sure New York got at least the bare minimum of necessary points. The George Hill-less Pacers played far sloppier on offense and the Knicks did a slightly better job of canceling out their second opportunities with turnovers and offensive rebounds of their own. And hey, Mike Woodson's lineups looked a little winning-friendlier, no? 3-2, back to Indiana we go! Recap coming ...
