Report: Cavs could let Miles walk

CBSSports.com Fantasy — The Cavaliers may not pick up the their team option on guard C.J. Miles, the Daily News reports. Miles, who has a $2 million team option in his contract that must be exercised by June 30, averaged 11.2 points and 2.7 rebounds on 41.5 percent shooting from the field in Cleveland this year.

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Cavaliers forward C.J. Miles was forced to miss his second game in a row Wednesday against the Pistons, as he continues to deal with a concussion. Miles was injured Saturday after taking an elbow to the head.

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Cavaliers forward C.J. Miles was ruled out for Tuesday's contest against the Pacers due to a concussion, reports the Plain Dealer. Miles was elbowed by Nikola Vucevic in the first half of Cleveland's win over the Magic on Sunday night and needed six stitches to close the gash on his forehead. He was diagnosed with a concussion early Monday morning.

Miles leaves with six stitches

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Cavaliers guard C.J. Miles was forced to leave Sunday's tilt against the Magic after taking an elbow to the forehead. Miles was elbowed by Nikola Vucevic in the first half of the 91-86 win. He was immediately taken to the locker room where he received six stitches and he was ruled out for the remainder of the game. Miles finished with eight points prior to leaving the contest and is being considered day to day at this point.
