Title Mavs tracker: Stevenson out of rotation

Dallas Mavericks Blog | ESPN Dallas — The Mavericks aren’t in the playoffs for the first time since 2000, so we have to find something to fill the time this spring. Might as well keep up with the players from the Mavs’ title team who are scattered throughout the postseason. We’ll have daily updates as long as Mavs championship alums are still alive in the playoffs. DeShawn Stevenson: He dropped out of the rotation when the series went to Atlanta. After a DNP-CD in Game 3, Stevenson played 45 seconds in Game 4.

Indy Cornrows — In Game 1 the defensive combination of Kyle Korver and DeShawn Stevenson struggled mightily with Paul George. His on-the-ball offense has been shaky at times this season but he repeatedly got into the teeth of the defense, both on isolations and off the pick-and-roll, making great decisions with the ball. Stevenson catches iron in finale

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Hawks guard DeShawn Stevenson was back on the court Wednesday in the team's season finale against the Knicks, after missing the previous game with an illness. Stevenson played 24 minutes in the game but shot the ball poorly. He shot 1 of 11 from the field for two points, while adding three rebounds, an assist and a steal in a 98-92 loss.
