New York Knicks center Willy Hernangomez will start on Thursday in place of Joakim Noah versus the Cleveland Cavaliers. What It Means: With Noah missing his sixth-straight game, and likely not returning anytime soon, Hernangomez assumes the starting role for the Knicks.
