Wizards forward and social media addict Kevin Seraphin quit Instagram last June, a decision that teammate Marcin Gortat credited for Seraphin’s improvement in his fourth season.“I have to admit, the biggest difference from last year is he actually cancel Instagram, which is huge improvement,” Gortat told Monumental Network’s Jumoke Davis in February. “I’m serious. Kevin Seraphin ejected from game after hard foul on Jon Leuer

Even though the Wizards-Grizzlies game has been a foregone conclusion for most of the third quarter, things got testy late in the third quarter of tonight's game. Both teams exchanged some rough fouls against one another, which finally culminated with Kevin Seraphin trying to stop Jon Leuer on this fastbreak. Seraphin was given a Flagrant 2 for the foul, which is an automatic ejection. By itself, the foul doesn't look terrible. There have been harder fouls that haven't led to ejections. But given the testiness building up to this play, you can understand why the referees would rather be...
