GameStream: Heat fall to Jazz despite Wade's 42 points.

The Heat continued their home woes with a loss to the Jazz 105-87. Stop me if this sounds familiar... The Heat, injury-depleted and shuffling their player rotations yet again, allows an opponent to shoot a high field-goal percentage, yields a double-digit lead and then spends the rest of the game trying to catch up only to fall short as time winds down. Copy-and-paste from previous recaps. This has been the unfortunate theme for much of the season and it was on display yet again as Miami lost to Utah, 102-87, dropping their seventh game in the last eight contests at the AmericanAirlines...

Wade breaking out as Heat break down

MIAMI -- Apparently, Dwyane Wade can shake off a stomach virus with a few vintage performances but there's little he can do to remedy the headache that's become of this Miami Heat season. Wade scored a total of 70 points over two games played in a span of 48 hours, and all he had to show for it Wednesday night was an injury-riddled, confidence-rattled team that squandered one of his best games in four years in yet another demoralizing loss at home.

Wade answering critics with his strong play as he evolves his game

Dwyane Wade has transitioned his game and became the true scoring for a deflated Miami Heat team. In doing so he's still met with doubt, and disrespect from his critics that is undeserved. Dwyane Wade is not getting the respect he deserves. It's that simple. In the wake of Chris Bosh's absence, Wade...

McRoberts on knee injury: “Part of the risk of playing”

To say things have gone badly for Josh McRoberts with the Heat would be a vast understatement. The 6-10, 240-pound forward was an off-season free-agent signing, but missed the start of the regular season recovering from toe surgery. Now he’ll likely miss the remainder of it with a torn meniscus for which he expects to have surgery early next week. “What are you going to do?” McRoberts said Wednesday night, before the ...
