Heat sign second round pick Josh Richardson to three-year deal

Miami locks up their second draft pick to a multi-year contract. After a flurry of moves earlier this week to free up roster spots and lessen their tax burden, the Miami Heat have now reportedly signed their second round pick Josh Richardson to a three year, $2.5 million rookie contract. The deal, first reported by Shams Charania of Real GM, puts the Heat back to the 15-player max for a NBA roster.
