Miami Herald — On Thursday morning, everyone with a basketball opinion stated it about Indiana Pacers head coach Frank Vogel's decision to keep center Roy Hibbert on the bench during the closing sequence of the Miami Heat's Game 1 victory in the Eastern Conference Finals.

LeBron James, who was one short of receiving every vote for the MVP, did receive all of the possible 119 first place votes for the All-NBA Team. It was the seventh first-team selection of his career, and he is joined this time by Tim Duncan at center, Kevin Durant at forward and Chris Paul and Kobe Bryant at guard. The second team features Marc Gasol at center, Carmelo Anthony and Blake Griffin at forward, and Russell Westbrook and Tony Parker at guard. Dwyane Wade made the third team, with fewer votes than James Harden, but comfortably ahead of Stephen Curry....
