Q&A: Robert Swift, Thunder center

OklahomanRobert Swift, Thunder center What’s one thing people don’t know about Robert Swift? The training I do in the summer is MMA, cage fighting to stay in shape. The ground game for that is the same conditioning as basketball. It’s the same cardio, but I think it’s tougher than basketball. MMA is basically using all your muscles the entire time you’re in the cage.Is it organized?Yes. They’ve got a gym (in California). It’s like practice. You don’t walk in and go full bore. You work on your striking. You work on your kicks...
