Philadelphia 76ers didn’t even try to sign Tyreke Evans

While the Philadelphia 76ers were “…star hunting” in free agency, they apparently missed out on a very good player in the process. The focus of the Philadelphia 76ers free agency was to pursue a superstar to pair with the team’s young core. However, that goal was never reached this offseason and now it appears that […] Philadelphia 76ers didn’t even try to sign Tyreke Evans - The Sixer Sense - The Sixer Sense - A Philadelphia 76ers Fan Site - News, Blogs, Opinion and More

Philadelphia 76ers draft trade looks worse with Zhaire Smith injury

The trade that the Philadelphia 76ers made draft night to acquire Zhaire Smith doesn’t have the same appeal it did due to Smith’s recent injury. Philadelphia 76ers head coach Brett Brown and the clubs front office now are tasked with finding either an internal or external replacement for the recovering rookie Zhaire Smith. Indeed, Schroder averaged 19.4 points per game and 6.2 assist per game...

Sixers didn’t reach out to Tyreke Evans in free agency

Tyreke Evans playing for the Philadelphia 76ers would have made sense. After all, he grew up in Chester, Pensylvania and conducts a basketball camp there. But after knowing the team is interested in him at the trade deadline, the Indiana Pacers guard has not heard from them since. He admitted not knowing what the free agency […] The post Sixers didn’t reach out to Tyreke Evans in free agency appeared first on ClutchPoints.

Tyreke Evans open to playing for hometown Sixers down the line

Tyreke Evans open to playing for hometown Sixers down the line

If Tyreke Evans were given a choice, he would have fancied playing for the Philadephia 76ers. However, since he is currently signed with the Indiana Pacers, that Sixers scenario would have to be put on hold at the meantime. In an interview with Matt Mullin for Philly Voice, the former Rookie of the Year even […] The post Tyreke Evans open to playing for hometown Sixers down the line appeared first on ClutchPoints.
