For the first time since he was admitted two weeks ago to have a brain tumor removed, Kyle Kuric is out of the hospital. The former Cardinal star was released from Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona Thursday morning. Rick Pitino releases statement on Kyle Kuric

It was announced earlier today that former Louisville basketball star Kyle Kuric will be undergoing emergency surgery to remove a brain tumor. Kuric is currently playing for the Gran Canaria franchise in Spain. Rick Pitino has released the following statement regarding the news: "We've had some pretty big disappointments in the past few months, but nothing compares to this.
