Maxwell went 7-6 last season with 13 TD passes, 9 interceptions and 2,606 yards, completing 234 of 446 passes. In 2009, Cousins was on a 6-7 Michigan State team, and he threw 19 TD passes, 9 interceptions for 2,680 yards on 198-of-328 passing.
