Spring game sideline

Columbus DispatchBraxton Miller has improved as a passer, primarily because his feet aren’t as happy as they were a year ago. Wearing a black “don’t-hit” jersey which confined him as a runner and made him a sitting duck for sackers, he still managed to throw for two touchdowns and scramble for another in the Scarlet’s 31-14 win. It was a good thing Miller was wearing the black on several plays, though, because defensive ends Adolphus Washington and Noah Spence had him in their big-hit sights.
