University of Houston adds Lamar to non-conference football schedule

The University of Houston will play Lamar in football in 2016, the school announced Thursday. The game will be played Sept. 10, 2016, at TDECU Stadium. The rest of the 2016 non-conference schedule includes Oklahoma, Louisville and Texas State. Moving forward, UH has one remaining non-conference slot to fill in 2017 and 2018.
