Recruiting: Tennessee LB, coached by former Wolverine, visits U-M

As a Michigan alumnus, Whitehaven (Tenn.) football coach Rodney Saulsberry had hoped for a prospect who would think beyond the Southeastern Conference. In junior linebacker Josh McMillon, he finally might have one. McMillon, a 6-foot-3, 245-pound four-star recruit, unofficially visited Michigan and Ohio State last weekend, continuing his busy spring.

Lions' Stafford is sixth-highest-paid athlete in world, ahead of Brady, Bryant

ESPN revealed today the 25 top-paid athletes in the world, and the Lions quarterback comes in at No. 6 with a yearly salary of $31.5 million. That ranks ahead of No. 7 Tom Brady's $31 million and No. 8 Kobe Bryant's $30.5 million - Brady and Bryant have combined to win eight championships.
