Dooley puts high value on character

The new Tennessee football coach put together his first signing class, completed hiring his staff and also has a full roster ready to start spring practice next week. As of Tuesday, he even has a kickoff time for the Orange and White Game.

Berry runs 4.47 at NFL combine
