NY Jets Re-sign Ben Ijalana

Back for another round of irrelevance. The New York Jets have re-signed backup offensive tackle Ben Ijalana.  Ijalana, a New Brunswick, NJ native, is a 25 year old, 6' 3", 319 pound tackle.  He was a second round draft pick of the Indianapolis Colts in 2011 out of Villanova.  Ijalana played in four games for the Colts in 2011.  He was signed by the Jets off of the Colts' practice squad in 2013, and in 2014 he played in three games for the Jets (who knew?).  Although he is still young, Ijalana has failed to make any impact at the pro level, and has looked overmatched at times in...
