Cowboys hopeful bye week will help CB Chidobe Awuzie (ankle) return to full health

Stephen Jones said during his weekly Friday radio appearance on 105.3 The Fan [KRLD-FM] that second-year starting cornerback Chidobe Awuzie could play in Washington if needed, but that the team would be cautious with his ankle injury.Having the bye week coming up, the belief was that reserve corner Jourdan Lewis would fill in, giving Awuzie two more weeks of rest.However, Awuzie ended up playing 22 snaps Sunday. He came in on the third defensive series but didn't play much in the second half, finishing with three tackles."He's limping a little bit," defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli said...
