A Pro Bowl pass rusher in Khalil Mack and a starting tight end — even if Cole Kmet hasn’t gotten rolling in the passing game — trumps what the Raiders have to show for their end of the trade, and it’s not remotely close. But for the Chicago Bears to truly claim victory in the trade, they need to win more with Mack.
