Bowers, Pamphile join Martin, Verner among Bucs' inactives

Bucs defensive lineman Da'Quan Bowers and rookie tackle Kevin Pamphile were healthy scratches among the Bucs' gameday inactives, joining RB Doug Martin and CB Alterraun Verner. Rounding out the inactive seven are rookie WR Robert Herron, TE Luke Stocker and newly promoted CB C.J. Wilson.
