D-Jax going back to punt returns?

CBSSports.com Fantasy — It's only May but the Eagles had DeSean Jackson returning punts during minicamp practice on Monday. It sounds like Jackson's happy about it. "[Coach Chip Kelly] wanted me to be back there and me wanting to be back there myself," said Jackson to Philadelphia Magazine when asked about returning to the spot. "I think last year, being able to have Damaris (Johnson) come in here and take on that role helped me out a lot. But at the end of the day too, I still missed a lot of those opportunities where I was able to do things in the past where if it was a 20-yard run, 50-yard run, whatever ... if it ...

Is this DeSean's last year in Philly?

CBSSports.com Fantasy — Philly Magazine notes that Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson has a $10.25 million salary due in 2014, and none of it is guaranteed. That means unless Jackson has a ridiculously good season he'll be asked to either take a pay cut or will be cut so the team won't have to pay him that salary. His $6.75 million salary this season includes $4 million guaranteed, so his roster spot is safe in 2013.

DeSean Jackson's punt return voted greatest NFL play of all time

Bleeding Green Nation — The NFL held their own field of 64 where they opened up the question of the greatest play of all time to an online. In typical online fashion, the poll heavily favored more recent events and in the end the winner was our very own DeSean Jackson for his "Miracle at the New Meadowlands" walkoff punt return against the Giants. I still get chills watching that. And there's no doubt in my mind that it's one of the top 2 or 3 plays I've ever seen as an Eagles fan. Lito Sheppard's pick 6 to beat the Cowboys in TO's return is up there as well, but DeSean's punt return was epic. Was it the gr...

Eagles WR DeSean Jackson: 'The sky's the limit for myself'

FFToolbox.com — Most everyone is excited or at least interested to see how Chip Kelly's offensive philosophy translates to the NFL. That excitement, of course, carries over to his players, and perhaps no one is more excited than wide receiver DeSean Jackson.
