The Arizona Cardinals made a few moves on Saturday, as they get ready for the beginning of the new league year and actual free agency. The said goodbye to a familiar face and tendered offers to four other players. Wide receiver Early Doucet, who signed a two-year free agent contract last offseason, was released by the Cardinals, freeing $1.7 million if salary cap space. He was due to make $2 million in 2013, which is not how much a team wanted to pay its fourth wideout. Doucet struggled in 2012. We make a lot of stink about how poor the quarterbacks played last season, but if you go back and watch the games, you can see that often times, the receivers were of no help to them.
