Philadelphia has a new defensive back. According to a report from Rand Getlin of Yahoo! Sports, the Philadelphia Eagles have signed free agent defensive back E.J. Biggers to a one-year contract. The 27-year-old Biggers measures in at 6-0, 185 pounds. Good luck on that big contract E.J.! Cornerback E.J.
