Appeals court to hear oral arguments in Ezekiel Elliott case on October 2nd

The next stage of Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension has been set. The NFL recently filed a motion for an emergency stay of the preliminary injunction that was ordered in the Ezekiel Elliott case, allowing him to continue to play. Judge Amos Mazzant granted Elliott and the NFLPA the injunction while he fights his six-game suspension in the court system. The NFL had wanted an answer by September 26.
