2013 NFL Draft: Colts Undrafted Free Agents Round Out Draft Weekend

Stampede BlueJeff Saturday, Gary Brackett, Arian Foster, Fred Jackson, Wes Welker, James Harrison, Antonio Gates. Just a few players that went undrafted that made (and some still make) significant contributions to their teams. Even after the seven rounds of drafting are complete, front offices around the league are just getting started for the evening. Tonight we'll see anywhere from 8 to 15 players signed by every team, finalizing rosters before mini-camps begin. Huddle Up: Jackson is recovering from the knee injury that prematurely ended his 2012 season; he'll need to hurry back to ensure that C.J. Spiller doesn't get all the reps in Buffalo's new offense.

Jackson sprained his right LCL Week 1 and his season ended Week 14 with a Grade 2 MCL sprain of the same knee. "I'm on track ready to go," he said. FFToolbox.com — Fred Jackson is 31 years old. He will turn 32 on Feb. 20 and is coming off a disappointing, injury-plagued years. C.J. Spiller is the future of the Bills' franchise. He is 25 years old and became just the third running back since 1994 to top 1,000 rushing yards on fewer than 200 carries. Pride runs deep in all athletes, but Jackson said the smart thing when asked during a Friday radio interview about splitting with Spiller.
