Green Bay --- The running game, the one the Green Bay Packers envision, surfaced for stretches in their 38-17 win over Carolina Sunday. Right now, the offense wants to incoporate both Eddie Lacy and James Starks. The two alternated again and brought their own, unique styles to the blowout in averaging 5-plus yards per carry apiece.
