Wednesday FanDuel Dimes- Week 2

Daily Fantasy bargains and busts for Week 2 Cut me some slack, Week 1 is the hardest to predict. Last week had its fair share of hits and misses. Shane Vereen, Dennis Pitta, Jeremy Maclin, and Golden Tate all came up big for me and, of course, Peyton was Peyton. A bad whiff on Doug Martin and suggesting to avoid Le'Veon Bell and A.J. Green were regretful. Here's a link to my H2H win if you care (please excuse my continued use of a 15-year old running username). I decided to ease my way in to Week 1 and will probably continue to do so until about Week 4 when I'll start investing more funds...

Eagles roster battle: Damaris Johnson won't go down without a fight

I can't believe I'm saying this. While the Philadelphia Eagles running back position may be the hardest one to figure out as the deadline for final cuts draws near, the Eagles wide receiver battle is also very interesting. Let's take a closer look. The locks The Eagles will probably keep at least five wide receivers. Five of those players already seem like locks. The two starters on the outside include Jeremy Maclin and Riley Cooper. Rookie Jordan Matthews figures in as the team's slot receiver. Josh Huff is currently injured but head coach Chip Kelly said they're not considering placing...

Jeremy Maclin, LeSean McCoy escape without major injury in Eagles win over Steelers

The Eagles can take a sigh of relief after some injury scares on Thursday night in their preseason game against the Steelers. Through nearly 20 training camp practices and three preseason games, the Philadelphia Eagles have still not had a single player suffer a season-ending injury. It almost looked like that streak of fortune would change for the worse during the Eagles' 31-21 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thusday night. Both star running back LeSean McCoy and starting wide receiver Jeremy Maclin suffered brief injury scares. McCoy wasn't noticeably injured like Maclin appeared to...

Jeremy Maclin Injury: Eagles wide receiver goes down grabbing knee, returns to game shortly after

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin gave everyone a scare on Thursday night during second quarter of the team's preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Maclin went down uncontacted on an offensive play and laid on the ground grabbing his knee. It did not look good. Shortly after, however, Maclin got up and walked off the field on his own power. Maclin would return to the game not too long after and make a catch. It appears a crisis has been averted for now.
