Stock report: Who's up, who's down at Redskins Park

Jordan Reed finally got back on the field and his stock immediately shot up. Here's who else is up and who is down.

Redskins inactives: Jordan Reed, Ryan Clark to play; Perry Riley sidelined

Five weeks after straining his hamstring in the season opener, tight end Jordan Reed will return to action for the Washington Redskins and will start. Meanwhile, starting free safety Ryan Clark will play, but starting inside linebacker Perry Riley Jr. will not. Reed practiced in a limited capacity for a second consecutive week and tested […]

If Active, Reed Will See "Decent" Action

Redskins tight end Jordan Reed will see a "decent amount" of snaps if he is active against the Cardinals according to ESPN.Fantasy Spin:That's great news, if he is indeed active. Will he be? All signs point to yes, but the Redskins play at 4:25 ET on Sunday, so it will take a small leap of faith to roll with Reed. The Cardinals do give up the sixth most fantasy points in the league. So he has that going for him ... which is nice. Even if he plays, Reed is a boom-or-bust this week.

Jordan Reed a gametime decision

HC: still not quite there yet Tight end Jordan Reed (hamstring) is listed as questionable. He practiced in a limited capacity. Gruden said Reed is "still not quite there yet," but that he expected that the second-year pro would be a game-time decision. Reed has maintained that if everything proceeded without a hitch this week, he expects to play. (Washington Post) FF Today's Take: Reed isn't a lock to play as of Friday so check the Inactive list on Sunday before putting the Redskins tight end in your lineup. Niles Paul would start if Reed sits.

Redskins TE Jordan Reed expects to play Week 6

Jordan Reed says he thinks there's a "good chance" he'll play in Week 6, according to ESPN's John Keim. Reed has been out since Week 1 with a hamstring injury. Reed was a game-day scratch in Week 5 as the Redskins hosted the Seahawks on Monday Night Football, but the prospects this week are more promising. Reed will have two weeks of practice under his belt going into Sunday's game, and is a good bet to split time at TE with Niles Paul. FANTASY ANALYSIS: It sounds like the arrow is pointing up for Reed, but hamstring injuries are notoriously fickle. There's no guarantee that Reed finishes...

After four weeks on sideline, Jordan Reed ‘shooting for Sunday’

As the Washington Redskins left the practice field on Wednesday, tight end Jordan Reed lingered a couple of minutes longer to run some extra routes and catch passes from quarterback Kirk Cousins. Redskins Blog: After four weeks on sideline, Jordan Reed ‘shooting for Sunday’

As the Washington Redskins left the practice field on Wednesday, tight end Jordan Reed lingered a couple of minutes longer to run some extra routes and catch passes from quarterback Kirk Cousins. It’s how Reed often concludes practices, but because he has missed the past four games with a strained hamstring, he hadn’t done so since he’d been injured. The Redskins again classified Reed as limited following Wednesday’s session because he didn’t handle a full workload. But the second-year tight end expressed optimism, however, over the progress he has made and also said he hopes to...
