FOXBORO — Julian Edelman’s life changed this summer.His perspective, his appreciation, his self-reflection and his view of the world all were improved by a nine-day journey through Israel.Edelman departed June 22, shortly after the Patriots wrapped up minicamp, with his 26-year-old sister, Nicole, and a group of local young adults with Combined Jewish Philanthropies to connect with his Jewish heritage for the first time.
