The Raiders signed former Giants offensive lineman Kevin Boothe Monday night to a two-year contract for $3.4 million, league sources said. Boothe knows his way around the Bay Area, as before spending the past seven seasons in New York, Boothe was drafted by the Raiders in the sixth round of the 2006 draft and played here one year.
