Will the Cleveland Browns heavily pursue another quarterback in free agency or is Josh McCown their big QB signing for the offseason? Will they re-sign Tashaun Gipson?

NFL Releases Saints Actual Cap Overage Number: $28,042,000

The Saints are still the tops, in cap overage that is! The NFL release the actual figures to each team for which they are over the cap. This number may come as a shock to you, but bear in mind, they have signed several free agents. So, starting at being 22 million over the cap to begin with, they have also signed several players. Most notable are Luke McCown, Shayne Graham,and Parys Haralson as well as tackle free agent Ty Nsekhe. Also figuring into the higher camp numbers are player performance bonuses.
