Former USC star and Seahawks' receiver Mike Williams has signed a free agent deal with the Toronto Argonauts. Williams last played with the Seahawks in 2011, where he caught 18 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown, but he largely struggling to get on the same page with then-quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, and the Seahawks' offense, in general, was out of sync for much of the year.
