Rashad Jennings likely to return in Week 11

Out since suffering MCL sprain in Week 5 Still early, but I am told it's "looking good" for Giants RB Rashad Jennings to return from knee injury this week. (Dan Graziano on Twitter) FF Today's Take: Jennings got in some practices last week prior to the Giants' loss to Seattle, so he is trending in the right direction. Andre Williams has proven to be an impatient runner thus far and largely ineffective (2.9 YPC for the season, with no game above 3.5 since Jennings' injury), so it wouldn't be a surprise if Jennings returned to a full workload in Week 11 - assuming he is cleared...

Jennings has missed the past three games with a sprained MCL. He was among the league leaders in rushing when he went down. (ESPN) FF Today's Take: HC Tom Coughlin said Jennings "did...

Where is Giants running back Rashad Jennings in his rehab from a knee injury?

He did some power running on Thursday. What's next?

Examining the dropoff from Rashad Jennings to Andre Williams

When New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings sprained his knee in Week 5, the presumption was that rookie running back Andre Williams would ascend to the starting role and handle it. There were questions about Williams' abilities as a pass blocker and especially as a pass receiver, but in terms of actually running the ball, it was believed he would do fine filling in for Jennings for at least a couple of weeks. He has not been fine. Williams has rushed for a total of 110 yards on 35 carries in the two games since Jennings got hurt.
