ESPN's Ed Werder tweeted Saturday morning that his "sense is" Lions running back Reggie Bush won't play in Week 11 because of his lingering ankle sprain. Bush played last week but was admittedly limited against the Dolphins after reinjuring his ankle in the early stages. He is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Arizona, but he didn't practice during the week. FANTASY ANALYSIS: You can debate whether or not this is a big loss for Detroit's offense. Bush can still cause matchup problems for opponents, but he has already been inactive for two games this season due to his...

Report: Lions RB Reggie Bush is out for Week 11

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport passes along the word that the Lions will be without running back Reggie Bush this afternoon in Arizona. Bush has been dealing with an ankle injury for the past month and re-aggravated it during last week's win over the Dolphins. He didn't practice at all this week, but Rapoport's source says Bush should return in Week 12. FANTASY ANALYSIS: As I mentioned last night, Theo Riddick is squarely on the PPR flex radar with Bush sidelined. The Cardinals present a very tough test to all running backs, but it's pretty easy to forecast Riddick for at least four or five...

Bush Questionable, missed practice all week

Unlikely to play Reggie Bush spent the open portion of practice today working on the side with a trainer, and the Detroit Lions are holding out hope he can play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals (4:25 p.m., Fox). Bush, who aggravated a sprained ankle in last week's win over the Miami Dolphins, was listed as questionable. (Detroit Free Press) FF Today's Take: Bush didn't practice all week which is as good as sign as any that he won't play on Sunday. In his absence, Joique Bell and Theo Riddick will handle running back duties.

Three Man Rotation In Lions Backfield?

Lions running back Theo Riddick could be added to the Reggie Bush/Joique Bell tandem going forward after a solid game against Atlanta, according to Lions beat writer Tim Twentyman.Fantasy Spin:Riddick was Matthews Stafford's primary backfield receiver catching eight balls for 74 yards and a touchdown. A three-man rotation would pretty much rule out any of the trio being fantasy worthy.

3 things we learned about the Detroit Lions, including RB Theo Riddick has earned bigger role

Reggie Bush will likely be back after the bye, but the Lions need to find ways to keep Theo Riddick in the lineup. The second-year back out of Notre Dame has emerged as the team's top pass-catching threat out of the backfield.

Reggie Bush misses practice Thursday

Ankle injury Running back Reggie Bush sat out Thursday's practice with an ankle injury after sIt's a concerning downgrade for Bush, who told WXYT-FM before practice that he's "going to do everything (he) can to be out there on the field Sunday" after sitting out much of the second half of last week's win over the Saints. (NFL.com) FF Today's Take: After watching Bush miss must of the fourth quarter due to his ankle injury, it will be hard for fantasy owners to trust Bush this week even if he does suit up. Joique Bell should do most of the damage out of the backfield against...
