Wide receiver Reggie Wayne has seemingly raised the bar the last several years when it comes to making flashy arrivals for Indianapolis Colts training camp. So when the unmistakable roar of an IndyCar engine was heard on the Anderson University campus Wednesday morning, nobody was surprised. Wayne, decked out in an official racing uniform and custom-made helmet, had reported for duty.

Wayne has passed a physical and been cleared for camp, according to Colts reporter Kevin Bowen. Wayne has been recovering from a torn ACL suffered against the Broncos last year. The 35-year old WR will rejoin a Colts passing attack that includes WR T.Y. Hilton and newly acquired WR Hakeem Nicks. Before his injury last year, Wayne caught 38 balls for 503 yards and three touchdowns in just seven games.
