Seattle receiver Sidney Rice has retired due to a history of concussions, according to ProFootballTalk.Fantasy Spin:The 27-year-old had one huge season -- 1,312 yards and eight touchdowns on 83 catches in 2009 with the Minnesota Vikings -- but hasn't been able to stay healthy. His other six seasons, he averaged 10.8 games, 26.67 catches, 380 yards and 3.67 touchdowns.
