EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Terrell Thomas has been in the NFL since 2008, and played in 56 NFL games. This Sunday, he'll finally play a game in his home state, when the New York Giants visit the San Diego Chargers. "I’m really excited," Thomas said Wednesday. "It’s been a long time coming, and I can’t wait to play against the Chargers." The Giants hosted the San Francisco 49ers in 2008, Thomas' rookie season. They played at San Francisco twice in 2011 (including the NFC Championship Game) and again in 2012, but Thomas missed both seasons due to torn ACLs.
