He had surgery for it during the offseason and should be fine for the start of training camp. As for where Cole will play in 2013, that's still up for debate. The pass rusher has been a lineman but could move to linebacker in Chip Kelly's new 3-4 scheme. He's lost 10 pounds and has been dropping into coverage, something he didn't do a lot of as a lineman. He is, however, expected to be ready for training camp in the summer.
